What is SAM-e Joint?
SAM-e Joint from Jarrow Formulas is a joint supplement that consists of two ingredients: SAM-e (S-Adenosyl Methionine) and glucosamine.
SAM-e is found in all cells, but is not as well known as other entities such as glucosamine (also contained in this product). It supports healthy connective tissue which is said to help aid in positive joint health. The other ingredient in SAM-e, glucosamine, was placed in the product with intent to play a role in producing synovial fluid, one of the main components of keeping the joints lubricated and moving well.
Product Details:
Users are directed to take one tablet each day, preferably with food. There are 60 enteric-coated tablets per bottle, so this will be a two-month supply. The bottle should be stored in a cool, dry place.
